⭐️Cinnamon Protein Waffles⭐️
Makes 2 Servings
You can also split this into three equal servings if you want to decrease the amount of calories per serving.

Macros per serving (includes optional toppings)
43g P / 75g C /13g F
Approximately 589 calories

INGREDIENTS FOR THE BATTER:
▻ 80g oat flour
▻ 30g whole wheat flour or APF
▻ 2.5 scoops (86g) Vedge Cinnamon Roll Plant Protein (discount: NATALIE)
▻ 120g unsweetened applesauce
▻ 40g raisins or chopped dates (optional)
▻ 1 teaspoon baking powder
▻ 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
▻ pinch of salt
▻ 4oz water, add a bit more if needed.

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
▻ 100g chopped apples with cinnamon
▻ 15g almond butter

STEPS:
1. In a large bowl, combine oat flour, whole wheat flour, Plant Protein, unsweetened applesauce, raisins, baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
2. Gradually add 4oz of water to the mixture. Add more if needed to create a thick batter.
3. Preheat your waffle iron and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook according to the waffle iron's instructions.
5. While the waffles are cooking, chop up 100g of apples. Cook them over medium heat and toss them in cinnamon, until they become soft and translucent.
6. Once the waffles are done, remove them from the waffle iron and top with the cinnamon apples and almond butter.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy your Cinnamon Protein Waffles.

    💪🏽🌱Let’s Meal Prep! Here’s My High Protein Vegan Menu For 4 Days • ⭐️Breakfast: Protein Apple Fritters from my Fit Vegan Kitchen Digital Cookbook. I like to serve them with some protein vegan yogurt & fruit. • ⭐️Lunch: Taco Bowls with my Lupini bean seitan, rice, corn tortillas, roasted fajita veggies, salsa, cilantro, & lime. • ⭐️Dinner: A massive high calorie salad with all the goodies I needed to use up in my fridge. I made an orange tahini dressing. It’s basically my maple tahini dressing recipe but instead of lemon, I added an orange and a little bit of apple cider vinegar. Then I layered my mason jars with cucumbers, air-fried tofu, chickpeas, a little bit of onions (I would probably omit the onions next time to be completely honest), carrots, quinoa, greens, and dates because I love savory and sweet. • ⭐️Snack: Ninja Creami Protein Ice cream.       I made it! It’s the Seitan recipe linked in this video. Or you can look in my UA-cam channel for barbecue Seitan nuggets. Is the same, but I did not add any seasonings or barbecue dressing since I was covering it in the orange dressing. You can also use your favorite store bought plain Seitan.

    Vegan 🍊Orange Garlic 🧄 Seitan Serves: 2 Macros per serving for sauce including seitan: Protein: 33g Carbohydrates: 26g Fat: 4g Macros per serving for just the sauce: Protein: 2g Carbohydrates: 15g Fat: 2g • Ingredients: -2 servings of my Lupini Bean Seitan • For the sauce: - 4oz fresh orange juice - 30g sweet chili sauce - 1 tablespoon liquid aminos - 1 tablespoon coconut aminos - 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional) - 1-2 teaspoons minced garlic - Zest of 1 orange - Pinch of salt (optional) • Steps: 1. In a saucepan, combine the fresh orange juice, sweet chili sauce, liquid aminos, coconut aminos, sesame oil (if using), minced garlic, orange zest, and a pinch of salt (if needed). 2. Bring the sauce to a boil and let it simmer for approximately 5 to 8 minutes, or until it thickens. 3. Turn off the heat and add the Lupini Bean seitan to the sauce, stirring to coat the seitan evenly. 4. Divide the Seitan and sauce into two equal portions. 5. Serve each portion of the Orange Garlic Seitan with a side of rice 🍚 and steamed vegetables.

      Yes, you can… I actually tested a batch doing so it just came out less crunchy. Also, the flavor tvp or pea crumbles is very strong, so I didn’t notice it a little bit more.

    Tofu Mozzarella Sticks, or should we say, Tofu Fries 🍟 ? Elevate your tofu game with this delicious snack. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and cooked to perfection in the air fryer for a healthier twist. • Makes 6 servings (about 5 sticks per serving) Macros per serving: 20g P / 29g C / 6g F Approximately 250 cal per serving • ⭐️Ingredients: -1.5 blocks (600g) extra firm tofu, cut into rectangles like fries 🍟 • ⭐️For The Batter: - 1/2 cup (4oz) plant milk - 1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose whole wheat flour (gf-all purpose flour works great too) - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon salt - Pinch black pepper • ⭐️For the breading: - 1 cup (120g) whole wheat breadcrumbs - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning • Steps: 1. Preheat the oven or air fryer to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the plant milk, flour, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.     I started lifting consistently 4-5 times a week for two months now and ive gained 15 lbs 😢. I still do cardio, usually running. Idk what im doing wrong i went from 115 to 130 and its really discouraging. Ive been vegan for 15 years my diet is very similar to yours shown in this video 😢

      I don’t think you are doing anything wrong…If you gain weight that means that you’re eating at a caloric surplus. You’re consuming more calories than what your body needs. Which will make you gain. Also, if you are brand new to weightlifting is completely normal to experience newbie gains. Remember, we are all different. What I do, might not apply to you. My maintenance is going to be completely different than yours, even if we do the same things. I do these videos not for people to copy them, but for inspiration on how to hit your protein target.
